Man's Best Friend

Man’s Best Friend is composed of Brad Ryan (bass, fiddle), Stan

Putnam (acoustic/electric guitars), Dan Lakeman (banjo, guitar),

and Scott Stearns (drums, percussion). They bring a unique blend

of music to audiences that combines bluegrass, classic country,

classic rock and other styles of “Americana” in their own unique

style. This is a group that includes classic favorites in every set.

They can start with hard-driving bluegrass, veer into classic rock,

take side trips into Cajun music and pop. Chances are, you will

know just about every song they play, and find yourself singing

right along with them! Not your typical Top 40 bar band…a

refreshingly different kind of group that plays what they like, no
